Try to ram and enemy plane. You will die every time, and he will usually fly away.
To get a ram where he dies and you don't, you must fly in front of the enemy plane. How far in front? How much lag is there between the two players? Try anywhere between 10 feet and 100 yards, a lot of luck and guesswork comes into play, hard to do intentionaly.
Most collisions in AH come from direct head ons and 6:00 straight through overshoots because your paths don't intersect, they are the same. Either way, if you have a collision its most likely your own fault.

its been proven DA test the collision model is broke and hands damage out arbitaraly to parts of the plane that werent even
on the collision side.
2 guys went to DA , both flew level at each other same alt. 7 of 10 collisions 1 took damage other flew off unhurt. both should have taken damage casue both rammed, but no it just handed
damage to 1 n not the other...... thats broke.
ive visually seen my plane miss the enemy on my FE and still get collision damage. ive had planes pass me to 1 side and i get damage to the opposited side of plane. ive visually passed right through planes and recieve NO damage.
if net lag is so bad, then only way to handle i fairly is to check both FEs, if both return Yes then a collision has happened
and both get damage. if 1 Y 1 N then no collision , no damage,
both NO, no collision no damage.
