yes, i know it's requested a lot, but i would really love it if the He111 was modelled when the Ju88s are updated, and if there's time, perhaps a Do17 and Do217?

Ju88s are a real pain in the BoB scenario, it's impossible to catch them if they've dropped their bombs, and bloody hard to catch up to them and shoot them down if they haven't.

please HTC?

Biggles, I must seriously apologize about bombers in BOB.

I'm a firm believer that AH models bombers poorly because they run two to three times faster than they ever did in real life. Historically, they might cruise at 200mph the entire flight except for takeoff and climbout.

Despite that, I still had my bombers stay fast. Nothing against ya, but it was my first scenario and I knew I'd felt the need.

The need...

for speed.

So, sorry for being 2-faced like that. However, I agree that the BOB would be totally different with He111s modeled. For one they couldn't carry even half the bombload, for another they were slower, and for still another they had much worse defensive firing positions.

I do hope we get 'em, but when we do we'll need fighters to REALLY cover them, because they will be more dogmeat than the ju88s we currently have are.
