Look at the very top of this forum for information listed in "Season 17's Team Rosters". You can post your roster there and read the rules.

No need or requirement to sign up just to race. Just show up. Races start at 10 Eastern/7 Pacific.
Arena is usually set up for practice Monday, but once the information is posted, you may practice it off line. Check these boards for race info.
The squad thing is also local to the AHXARL, but your MA squad can fly as a squad. Makes it cool to practice with guys you know.
