So how's this going to work? I assume it's all bombable... Does this change the way strat is going to work, if you suddenly have 10,000 things to bomb, instead of 100?

What difference does it make, you can't hit anything anyway old

Not all the city is bomb-able, the city center is, but the surrounding houses are not.
The factory complexes are located on the out side of the city which is about an 8 mile radius.

The change to the strat system will be that on small maps, each country will have 1 city. And it will always efect that country like the system did before the zone changes.

......

On large maps each country will have 2 city locations, but only 1 will be active. When the front fields are captured the factory complexes and city will be moved back to the rear as Russia did during the war.
