Yes SGY im sure that is how I want it to be.

The goal is not to crash.  If you wnd up racing a 38L all 3 heats you're not placing very well anyway because you've spread your previous ones all over the countryside.

Im looking forward to the results of this one.

Not only has it not been done it is NOW an addition to the details that were originally written so anyone who printed out the map and practiced their ONE plane of choice did not know this new ADDITION to the details. No MOTD to check because the track has not been online to run hence the reason for printing it out and practicing offline ... very difficult to practice offline less then 24 hours before race when you do a "class", even harder to keep up with last minute changes to MOTD. Just my 2 cents ... maybe a few pennies from a couple racers that I have offered my ear to too.

Whining to SGY or other CMs for decisions they didn't make is NOT a solution.

To date I have received Zero PMs, emails or messages about the upcoming race.  Your concerns, questions or complaints won't be heard if you don't come to me.

A question for my fellow racers, I want to know if there's anyway to adjust my throttle with the buttons on my joystick rather then letting go of the stick to move the throttle built into it up or down?  All I'd really need it to do would be full throttle one button, and zero throttle another, because coming down that mountain I have to let go of my stick to adjust the throttle because I only have the use of my left arm .

I posted the question in the Tech Support section too, but thought I'd ask you guys too.

Technically, a 262 is a twin engine fighter....

A note regarding how the classes have worked and due to response (though not directed at individuals, just the group as a whole)

This is how it's been all the way back since 2005.

I think the idea was first pitched by KO or TracerX.  I'm not doing anything new, unproven or untested.  Because you haven't heard of it or it's not what you expected doesn't mean it's me flying off the handle in some new exciting way.

It's not on a whim but rather I made a clarification to just how it's going to work because this is how classes are done.  It seems for good reason because I can't imagine the backlash of hearing about this when I DQ'd some players for racing the same airplane twice.  I'd rather you hear about it now and be annoyed with a chance to prepare rather than be furious you didn't place because you didn't know the rules.

I'm not arguing the fact that that is the class, I already knew that there was somewere a set class. This personally is the first time I've seen it used, but that's because I haven't been here in quite a wile.
I was only simply stating that the 262 is a twin engine fighter, and may have been over look, but I know.

No need to argue about it.

Bosco my post above had absolutely positively nothing to do with anything you said.

Bosco and anyone else not sure about the classes, they are listed at the bottom.

http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/topic,274474.0.html

I posted this once before. It is a sticky in our threads, second one down, Plane list as of 09 September, 2009
<edit> Whoops, fat finger...

I don't recall the reason the Me-262A1 was left out of the twin class, but there was probably a good reason at the time.
The classes had been used for some time before I got around to asking about additions or changes needed, as I was going to ask skuzzy to sticky the updated list. I think the previous one went back far enough that it was missing 10 or 15 planes.
The class entries can always be modified any way you folks want. The original idea of classes came from a racer, not a CM.
