Reply it was a fun race ...Diffrent but fun. In the future however if I might suggest. If you're using class races like this posting the track EARLY so people can prep offline would be helpful. Also AHXRL "Has done this since 2005" but in my, admitily short, three season we have never done it like that and 4440 made a point it was the first time for this. Class has always been pick the one you want. Yeah one plane will stand out but thats the course not the class. All in all it was fun to race 3 planes in one night and I would love to do it again just would have liked more time to prepare for that.

For me the race seem too much like work & less like fun with everything you need to do to prepare for a race with 3 separate planes, but if a race is run this way again in the future, like Wulffe said, please give us as much time as you can to prepare.

Fun race even though I only stayed and a half heats. Late night's kill me, but I still have fun. Honestly at first, I didn't think it was going to be fun at all, almost didn't even go. After words, if I could have stayed, it was going to be a fun race. More technical than any race so far.
One thing to mention that I mentioned to Trash after the first heat, did anyone remeber that the P38L has dive flaps? I didn't, just curious if anyone rember that it does.

Yes, I added dive flaps as a button on my joystick and used it. It was a lot of fun. OK, so I crashed once, blah. I thought the race map showed turning past the RT/WT markers on take off. I should have done so with my second plane. Using the saddle on the second mountain would have made it a little shorter with another killer dive for the town, maybe next time. Thanks Golfer, your races are still the most different. I found myself laughing at the fun of it all. I also would enjoy more practice time.

Now that is the nicest thing anyone has said about Golfer in months. Also please note, Golfer himself is also "the most different" CM you guys deal with. Always a surprise, and just like trick or treating, you just never know what he is going to hand you.

Winner was Surf35. I don't have the final results tabulated just yet but it was tight going into the last heat with Surf coming out ahead. He knows it too...slacker

I have asked Golfer for the scores myself and he replied that he is out of town until at least Wednesday and the results are at home. Individual and team scores will not be posted until after Wednesday for sure. The Nasty Rabbit is just going to have to wait Good luck tonight!
