Game Crash Issues

We have had a couple of players with game crash issues.  

Identified by hitting the '/' key to bring up the radio bar and it causing an immediate crash to desktop.

The other issue seems to be related to hitting the runway to fly and the game crashing.

In both instances, renaming the "settings" folder corrected the immediate problem.

If you are having either of the above issues, we would like to obtain a copy of the games "settings" folder that is causing the crash issues so we can further analyze the problem.

Manually installing the "hires" texture pack should fix the problem.

My game crashes soon after getting online.  Sometimes I reach the hangar.  The game lockup occurs between 30 and 90 seconds of logon.

I've sent my DXDIAG output to you, and have included a zipped Settings folder.

EDIT:  Yay, I just tried downloading the hires file and replacing the one that the game auto-downloaded and now I'm flying!!!  I finished a 30 minute sortie and came here to edit my post.

I am going to go ahead and lock this thread.  With the latest patch, this should be addressed.
