Rearm Pads
« on: January 27, 2013, 12:17:06 AM »
Just a thought I know for Gv's we can run supplies to fix turreted Gv's and dead engine's , but I was wonder is It possible to code a fix for planes that are damaged to be fixed on the Rearm Pad, I am not asking for major fix's maybe just fix gun's or missing part's. Yes it would be nice to have the Rad and Oil fixed but I am just asking for small fix's for now maybe in the future we could do the rad and oil hit repairs.. I am not asking for wings to be replaced just the easy basic's.

So you want to be able to replace a .50 cal, or an aileron on your plane at a re-arm pad? Do you know how long in a real life setting that would be? At least 2 hours or so. Loading up all of the ammo and re-fueling a plane in a real life setting would take 30-45 minutes at best. If you have a damaged plane why not just land it and up another one? It'd be faster to do that anyways.

How long dose it take in RL to replace a turret or engine on a tank? Hes not asking for "Major" fixes just the small stuff.

+1
and +1 to rearm pads on Vbase.

I wouldn't mind seeing GV supps disabled just to see the outcome. Sure, nobody could ever fix a tank just like that but it still happens in game.

-1 to re-arm/repair pads on Vbases and -1 to repair pads in general.
