The Resto Thread (cont).
« on: August 29, 2013, 07:45:32 PM »

Still sitting on 'roller' wheels and rubber, and always something more to do...but brought her home from the shop today, after an brisk shakedown cruise...of course.  Some of my best work to date, and the car is so flat and straight, and the paint so over the top perfect, I am having trouble actually taking good pictures of it.  It is just so damn reflective I am going to have to go out in the middle of an empty, newly paved lot somewhere.

Anyway, here's a few shots of the results of a lot of hours of sweat, and love...

1968 Pontiac Firebird 350

350 4bbl cid / 3 speed manual transmission/factory Hurst

10 bolt posi rear

Multileaf and staggerd shocks from the factory

An original triple black car.

Nice work. You should get a '65 GTO and a 57 Chieftain to go along with it.  :aok

Beautiful, absolutely beautiful. In H.S. I had a buddy with a '68 Firebird but not black. Yours is just stunning.

Very very nice!  I love it.  Great work.  (you do know your MOPAR card has been suspended temporarily right?)

Very nice work.  Firebird one of the best examples of Pontiacs former glory.  I bought a new one in 78 and enjoyed it greatly (Trans Am).

I'm starting some work on my new SRT.  Nothing great just some bling for now.
