Please take some time to congratulate ManeTMP on a evry close win over Kball on this edition of the "Frenchy award".

Mane took the lead with an unreal 110K for 1D, very closely followed by Kball with 112K for 2D!!!

Only 18 daring pilots qualified for the contest, a special mention to the "other jug squad", the 1/4GAv PACAU-Brasil who qualified tow of their pilots, Robes even stealing the number 3 spot.    followed by his teamte Kurrupi in the number 4 seat.

WTG to all the other pilots who still tried to participate and qualify for the contest. I have a special admiration for those "non quitters". As I mentioned in Jully, those pilots qualify for a "sub contest" to also allow them to win a prize on a later date (when I have some cash in my bank again). I'll email you guys later this week with the details.:D

Big congratulation for ManeTMP, if you guys liked it, we will do it again in a couple of months. A special thank for HTC who allowed the contest and computed the results. If you have an idea for the comunauty to enjoy, fear not to contact them, those guys are really helpfull to make it happen.

now it's time to pop the champagne and get drunk, cheers!
Frenchy.

WTG Gryffin ..... but i know your a Hog lover at heart :D

Damn Kball got real close  ...... I barely escaped a second kill once or twice .....

I remember one run on Mindano in tho hellacious mountians speant 5 mins with next to no E dodgeing a high spit .. finally got him .. but he had a real chance to set me way back by another kill.

Was talking to fester right after this (nearly same thing happend to him)- he had one death and like 50 kills then gets dog piled by spits .... in tho's mindano mountains it's a scarey thing ... no energy and mountains all around :(

I was very lucky a few times.... the one death i did get didn't feel nearly as 'scarey' as the one's I narrowly escaped (was vulched landing .. suicide into ack kinda deal)

¡!¡  This was a great idea Frenchy!!!   had damn fun .....  !¡!

Maybe the next challenge will be in the p38?  :D

Gryffin, nice job and congrats!

ManeTMP, You gave me a standard to try and beat early on.  Too bad I needed 6,820 more kills just to equal you!!  :)

and last but not least Frenchy!  I never bothered much with the Jug 25 before.  I now like it just as much as the Jug 11.

Congratulations Gryffin! Very nice.

to ManeTMP who I thought for sure had the number one spot.

My first death was from Furious in his LA5.  He caught me on the deck and a Jug can only take so much punishment from 20mm. I lost elevators, rudder, oil, then my engine finally gave out. I tried to glide the old girl in for a ditch, but I couldn't sneak it. Furious that was a fun fight . (76 to 1 k/d)

My second death was from accidently flying into the edge of an enemy fleet's flak at 23k feet. I did a split S to get the hell out of there but right before I got out of range a flak shell penetrated my engine and exploded. My whole plane erupted into flames and I died a few seconds later. (93 to 2 k/d)

A big thanks to Frenchy for thinking of this competition. It was a lot of fun .
