King Of The Hill Tournament day was January 14Th and all in all I think both events were pretty fun and exciting.
The wKOTH again had low attendance with only four wabbits participating. This resulted in the event being a series of duels instead of a true battle. It lasted under an hour and we had a pair of wabbit wabbits trying to advance to the TOC. Debrody won the privilege to advance to the TOC but unfortunately was unable to attend it. The Bf 109G-6 was chosen for the 2012 wKOTH.
Round by round results: [1] Debrody in a Bf 109K-4 [2] Debrody in a Fw 190A-5 (Wabbit) [3] RedBull in a Ki-84-Ia [4] akELFY in a F4U-1A [5] RedBull in a F4U-1 (Wabbit) [6] Debrody wins in an F6F-5
Debrody advances to the TOC.
Debrody, akELFY and RedBull each had 5 kills.
The Tournament Of Champions had two and a half hours of great dogfighting with eight KOTH winners looking for glory. We flew ten rounds and had three uber-wabbits duking it out. There were some epic battles and I can safely say everyone attending had a TON-o-fun, except for the European contingent who had a KILO-o-fun. Congratulations and salute to pervert, our 2011 KOTH TOC winner. The Fw 190D-9 was chosen for the 2012 TOC first ride.
Round by round results: [1] DrBone in a Spitfire Mk.IX [2] DrBone in a Fw 190A-5 (Wabbit) [3] TC in a F4U-1 [4] Bruv119 in a P-51B [5] SunsFan in a Spitfire Mk.IX [6] pervert in a La-7 [7] Grizz in a Fw 190D-9 [8] pervert in a C.205 (Wabbit) [9] Grizz in a Fw 190D-9 (Wabbit) [10] pervert wins in a Fw 190A-5
pervert gets an automatic invitation to the 2012 TOC and a nice plaque to commemorate the occasion.
Top killers were DrBone-13, Grizz-12, pervert-11, Bruv119-10, SunsFan-7.

Any one of the 3 wabbits could have won it, shame about all the 190 rounds :ahand

Aw man look at that, DrBone wins the first two rounds, then gets mercilessly hunted every single round afterwards. His winning top kills in the event shows how good he flew despite getting ganged every round. Well done.
