The MOTD in MA mentions Saturday 9pm eastern but doesn't mention a specific date.

Yeah, the MA MOTD is more of a general timetable so that Skuzzy doesn't have to keep changing it. Keep an eye on the Calendar above for more details as they are posted.

Is the Euro KOTH only open to Euro players or can us US players jump in there?

Yes, the rules of KOTH can be found here

Although the EuroKOTH is mainly aimed at people in European timezones, anyone is welcome to attend. It's mainly to give people in Europe a chance to take part, as 2100 Eastern is a bit late in Europe (0200 in UK and 0300 CET)

Anyone can play... We just coined the term "Euro" because that is our target audience. The time was chosen to allow our European brethren to be able to enjoy this great event at a time that allows them some sleep at a normal time...

KOTHs are always open to everyone!
