Ed Hardy is a fashion designer - his stuff is very "tattoo-art" esque. Kind of like your logo. Google him.
For transparency - you need to have a GIF or PNG. JPEG won't do it. In GIMP, you can do a makeshift arced text using text to path or something like that. I haven't figured it out very well.

your going to have problems with color saturation on some plane and or vehicle skins.......you may want to address that issue......meaning you may have to highlight the spade to get it to show up.......with the letters being so compact it may not be readable.  |
