can someone please explain what "IN" means? i see it in multiple threads and I have no clue what it means, been on this board for years and never understood it.

It's a game, people see a controversial thread and try to get a post in before the thread is locked .

If a person thinks a thread is going to be locked, they'll post that they are IN it before a moderator comes in and closes it.
