Submit your screenshots and screenshot artwork for the AH title screen

We're going to start switching out the title screen artwork every version (version not patch) using player submitted screenshots and screenshot art.  If we use your submission you'll get your screenshot and name on the opening title screen of the game for a version and we'll credit your account with 1000 perk points in each perk category.

Many of the submissions that don't win will be used for other things such as the webpage and promotional or marketing materials.

Submissions need to have a minimum vertical size of 1024 pixels.

Do they have to have the high res. Enabled?

You should use high-res, I think it would be pretty hard to win without using it.  Anti-aliasing helps a lot too.  It's like an AH glamour shot, you want things to be as perfect as you can get them.  That goes for subject matter too.  A newer plane model is going to be a much better close-up subject than an older plane in need of a rework.

This is great, I finally have a use for some of my scenario screen shots should they be good enough for the splash screen.

Pyro is there a limit on how many we can send?

Is there an optimal resolution that you would like to see? As I recall the 1680x1050 shots I usually take get squished horizontally a bit when I use them for the splash screen.

No limit on entries.  We want as much as we can get so we have a good library of screenshots available.

Ultimately the screenshots go on a window that defaults to a 4:3 aspect ratio.  We'll work with the screenshot to get it to look good on there.

That just means you don't have a default mail program on your box.  Instead of clicking on the link, copy and paste it into your mail program.

I prefer them unzipped but go ahead and zip them if you're sending large quantities.

Do you mean in the horizontal?  My largest screenshot is only 1900x1000 and that's because I only used a separate background picture.
