C. Sometime in between.
I do not want to blow an entire Saturday on a scenario. I tend to get nasty looks when I ignore the wife and kids for half the weekend. If it was sometime after 6pm, I could spend the day doing other things and still make the frame. Making the frame 10pm would cut into the next day, imho.

How about locking the arena at 0630 CDT? With a scheduled liftoff for 0700 CDT.
This way the working fathers across North America can get up and fly at their regularly scheduled waking times. It would also help out the Euros and Aussies.

This particular time slot is used most often as it has evolved over more than 15 years. It is the one slot that most people around the globe can attend, no one is thrilled, but most are available. We don't always run them at this time period, but it is not a time slot we simply pulled out of our collective hats

Never said it wasn't a good discussion, just giving you some feed back on why it is common for the times they are ran

All you guys who are answering "b" should realize that 10pm EST in Europe is 6am or earlier and that part of the playerbase is a large part of scenario participation. It ain't just about you. The 3pm start time is well thought out time to give MOST of the AH player base a chance to participate.
