As stated the date and time is official and its the 14th @4 pm ET in SEA2. Over the previous years it has been discussed and that is a generally good time for most. You have to remember the people attending it are from US and the UK among other localities and that time is pretty good for most. There will never be a perfect time that everyone has open, that's just the nature of the beast. The 14th is after most holiday and new years goings on and the 4pm time I talked about earlier.
