This will be the first time we attempted anything like this, and probably the last. I don't feel comfortable with the write up. If anbody has any suggestions on how to make this race more understandable, please post it.

I used the term "We", It would be closer to the truth if I used the term "I", but I like to share the wealth with my Buddies.

Here goes!


Season 26 Race 2
The Tempest Terror 600 Compromised.
Tues February 21, 2012
7PM PST, 10PM EST
 
Sea #1
 
Walk-ons welcome
Pre-registration not required, but reading the MOTD is.
 
Settings:
Aircraft: Tempest picked by doright
Terrain: Race10
Hosting CM: spammer
Track designed by: spammer
Previous running’s: None
Field: A40
Country: Rook
Takeoff: NW
Fuel Burn: 0.8
Fuel load: Pilot's Choice (100% will get you through the race)
Views: F1, F3, CM eye (Gods Eye)
Start: Gullgutz
Finish: Yellow Goal post at the end of the NW Runway.
Laps: 6, 7 times through the yellow goal post will finish
the race.
 
Course description:
 
1. Take off NW and fly thru the Yellow Goal Post.
     (Stay below the Grand Stand Billboards)
     This is the Start and Finish line.

2. Laps 1, 3, and 5 will be the PF10 route.
   Exiting the Yellow Goal Post, make a 180 degree
   Turn to the right and fly through the Large
   Pad Fighter Hanger on the Left side.
   (Yo-Yo’s, are allowed)
   Exit making a slight left and turn right around
   The Water Tower 180 degrees and fly through the
   Large pad Fighter Hanger on the left side.
   (From: Fighter Hanger to Fighter Hanger, Flat Turn)

3. Laps 2, 4, and 6 will be the PF8 route.
   Exiting the Yellow Goal Post make a 180 degree
   Turn to the right and fly through the Large
   Pad Bomber Hanger on the Left side.
   (Yo-Yo’s, are allowed)
   Exit making a slight left and fly to the left
   And below the Water Tower, once past the Water
   Tower you can do a 180 degree reversal to the
   Right in whatever method you choose, and fly,
   through the Large Pad Fighter Hanger to the left.
   (Yo-Yo’s are allowed from the Water Tower to the
   Fighter Hanger)

4. Exit the Fighter Hanger and split the last
   Two red Pylons on left side of the NW Runway and
   head to the right of A40’s town.

5. Make a left around the Yellow Pylon; slight right
   And, split the Radar Tower gate.

6. Make a left and split the Radar Tower, Green Pylon
   gate.

7. Turn right and make a 360 degree right turn,
   around the Red Pylon.

8. Head back to the center of the city to the right
   and split the Radar Tower gate from the right to the left.
   (opposite of the direction coming in to Town)

9. Make a right turn around the Yellow Pylon and head
   back to A40 towards the Yellow Goal Post.

10. Split the first Red Pylon Gate from the Left to the
    Right and fly through the Double Bomber Hangers.

11. Left turn 180 degrees and fly through the Green Goal
    Post at the start of the NW Runway at A40.
    (Yo-yo’s, are allowed).

12. Fly down the NW Runway staying below the Grand Stands
    Billboards and fly through the Yellow Goal Post.
    This will complete the lap, 7 times through the Yellow
    Goal Post will complete the Race.

Time: 12:00 Noon
Alt Restrictions: A40 Town. PF10 from Fighter Hanger to
Fighter Hanger.






Good God, and GL Everyone.

I think between the maps and write up it should be good to go.

Practice is set up in SEA1. I'm changing the fuel burn to 0.5
