Me and my daughter a few weeks ago. Took her on the Bras and Bikes run to raise money for a breast cancer charity. First charity run I have taken her on. 450 bikes this run... good turn out.  :)

Skyrock,

How does she like the Wacom tablet?

They sure don't give those away!  I have the $99 model one, much smaller of course.  I've been learning web animation and thought drawing on the tablet would be much easier.  WOW.  Those suckers are sensitive and take quite a while to get the hang of

Well, she took to it rather easily after just an hour or so on the tutoring video... but, she has been sketching since she was old enough to walk... it has always come easy with her... she was simply sketching a character in the pic.. but the studio she is working in is a top notch studio... are you using photoshop with it? here are some tips that work great with photoshop...

I also have the $99 model that I use for skinning. It is simply the best tool for any freehand artwork. I still use a mouse for drawing lines though.
