I'm assuming there are some out there...similar to the tutorials for skinning. Anyone know where to find such a thing?

Here's a page for arena settings, although not specifically to teach you how to spawn and create a custom arena, will explain some of the settings you can play with.

Here is what I get when I try to go to the content editor:

What link were you using?  I checked the two in ImaDot's post and they both work.

Click either of the links in the "Downloading the Editors" section, from within the Content Creation wiki page; I think they're pointing to outdated/obsolete files.

I see. Instead of linking to files, the link should be to the downloads page as download servers come and go and directory layouts can change as well.
