Nick the Nazi Neutralizer
« on: April 12, 2013, 03:50:35 AM »
Lyric1 requested I skin this Lancaster, "Nick the Nazi Neutalizer" flown by Flg. Off. Ray Hallam from 463 Squadron RAAF. It was used for both regular bombing missions and to occasionally carry a BBC film crew on bombing raids. In this latter role it accompanied the Lancaster raids that sank the Tirpitz.

Like it sir, is that the bombed the Tirpitz would it not have had a special Bombay? Did it not carry a tallboy or something like that?

Not that I think it matter, I am all for having it in the game I don't get bogged down in that sort of thing.

Yes they were modified longer bomb bay special bomb bay doors top turret removed just to name a few of the changes.

This plane as it is skinned looked like any other Lancaster at first then modified later for the Tallboy.
