Has this ever been encountered before

Every time I start a GV or an airplane and try to move, the breaks are on.  I have to give my rudder pedals a full push all the way down in order to release the breaks.  This started last week.

Yes, it occasionally happens to me when taking off in a plane after I've spawned on the runway.  It's been like that since I've been playing AH.

It will not do that if you move your controls (all of them) throughout their full range after first entering the arena.
