FesterMA: CV ownership bug.

C219 home port is a uncapturable Knight port - yet Bishops own it, and it continues to respawn as a Bishop boat, C252 is a similar thing. So Bishops have two boats in the Rook/Knight ocean.


We also have a CV (C233) which nobody can controll effectively as CV postition and course plot don't match at all.


Seems we need a reset.

By now, C219 is nit again for some unknown reason.
However, this problem prevailed for several hour and at least one sinking of that CV.
