Earl they already do this to truck drivers. Hell we have more regulations to contend with than a dang surgeon. Figure that one out.

I don't think it should, but it will.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

:airplane: Yes, one of my squad mates is a truck driver and he says that with the addition of GPS systems to trucks, they can even warn them if they are driving to fast!
There thousands of Dept of Transportation employees in Washington and another case of "mother knows best" BS that we have to put up with. I have never understood what those employees do each day~! guess they sit around dreaming up more regulations that we humans have to live by.

The problem with mandatory reporting is the fact that fewer medically compromised people will seek medical help. In the short term it will work beautifully, but as a long term solution it will be far less effective.
