won war approx 9:40 EST  11/15/16 as bish no perk points received.

HellHogg, and I think  rubio also stated no perk points received. Some said they got theirs. What could it be if it is only random?

You must be on the winning team for 12 hours to receive the perk points. If you switch to the winning team and are there for less than the 12 hours you will not receive them.

It stops the mass team swap to pick up easy perks just before the war is won.

It won't tell you that you have them. They just get added to your total perks.

I wrote down my perk points when the war was won because I think this happened before

and I wanted to check it. no points were added.

small thing I'll  check it again when I'm able and see if it happens again.

Since when have they stopped the "your country has won the war, you've rewarded xxx perk points" or something like that?

He got that message and I bet he got the perks, too. There is no message that says "you had 214 perks in fighters and now have 239," so without knowing what his total was he won't know that more have been added. If he waited to look until after the perks were awarded, then he sees the perks total and will not receive more for winning the war. There is no message that says "look at your perk count because we are about to add perks."

And just to be clear, you can earn more perks by playing than you can by winning the war. If you depend on the 25 perk award (each category) then you are doing something wrong.

The problem is that your failing to check BEFORE it says you have won the war. As soon as it says your country won the war, the perks have been added. You don't have to wait for the reset and relog and all that. Its there as soon as it says that your country has won.

Was that first screenshot taken before "the troop that won the war" entered the map room?

Just saying, I logged on and ran two resupps in an M3 and I got the perks for victory. So, I think the issue is not the perks, but that it is a misunderstanding of when you are awarded the perks.
