Test 1 - 45 FPS
Test 2 - 40 FPS
Test 3 - 63 FPS
Test 4 - 55 FPS

Still having problem with "freezing/flashing" screen in flight. Seems like a frame or group of frames is being missed.

Have no idea what CM mode does to begin with, so didn't test. :)

Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600)

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4600
Display Memory: 128.0 MB
Current Mode: 1024 x 768 (32 bit) (100Hz)

No problems with text, saw the stutter, didnt find any thing with the view.

Did notice a FR drop over the trees, usally about a 3-4 FPS loss
but the  FR drop while firing was the same amount.

Side Note: I like the trees a lot...... But are you going to model the recovery team for me when I get my Tiger stuck between tree trunks?  And, are you going to charge me the whole future value of the tree if I scrape the bark off of it?

For my results BM, Trans., Horizon were checked, Dis.Pal.Tex. unchecked and both sliders full left. Variuos WHQL Det drivers were used.
A= on ground no tracers, B= on ground tracers, C= airborne @3k agl no tracers, D= airborne @3k agl with tracers.
Note- My frame rate varied + or - 1 frame when 0, 1 or 2 drones were on screen, some variance even when no drones displayed at 3k agl.

Det Driver * A * B * C * D
29.80 * 29-30 * 12-13 *   52  * 18-20
30.82 * 29-31 * 13-14 *   48  * 20-21
31.40 * 30-31 *  13   * 53-54 * 19-21
40.72 * 27-29 * 11-12 *   49  * 17-19
43.51 * 25-26 * 10-11 * 42-43 * 17-18
45.23 * 25-27 *  11   *   45  *   18

NOTED GLITCHES-
1- Grassy hill under 'TOWER' can be graphically destroyed, it will stop GVs/planes and CM eye as though it's still there.
2- GV can not move out of building at initial base spawn point although CMeye will fly through them.

System Specs.
CPU- Athlon XP 1500+ [ 1333Ghz and 133Mhz bus ]
Mem- 256Mb
Video- GeForce4 Ti4200 64Mb DDR
Sound- SB Live [ accel @3/4 ]
OS- Win98se updated
DX- 8.1
Controls- All CH; FX joystick, Pro Throttle and Pro Rudder.
No O/Cing for the tests.

FYI, 3D Mark 2001 results; Det driver, 1024x768x32, 1280x1024x32.
29.80 * 7705
30.82 * 7735 * 6692
31.40 * 7700 * 6677
40.72 * 8477 * 7084

With  Disable Palittized textures unchecked

AMD XP2400+ (266) (but at 133 x 12.5 = 1.666Mhz)
GF FX5600 256DDR (quincunx AA + anistropic off + medium intellisample + enabled fog emulation @ high image)
512RAM (133)
SB5.1
Old Proview770 monitor(needs gamma (set to 3 on nvidia)to be used can barely see screen at AH Gamma 1 (requires 2.5 minimum))

test1 on runway  22 fps before and 22 fps after

test 2 inflight   33fps before 33 fps after

notes

mem used during trials was between 72 to 78 megs

ctrl I reports 130megs of video ram available in AH2 but AH1 reports the full 258 megs.
