If you are a fan of Alex Ross, i recommend picking up
Mythology. It is a collection of Alex Ross' DC Comics paintings. Absolutely breathtaking stuff in there (you should see the life size wax statue some guy made for him based on his Superman paintings).
If you don't know who Alex Ross is, he is a comic book artist who paints his super heroes in a way that makes them look "real," i.e. what you would expect them to look like if they actually existed.
