ATI released an updated set of Catalyst drivers, bringing them up to 3.9. It looks like a pretty minor bugfix release over the 3.8s.
Unfortunately, I've found them to be fairly unstable in the OpenGL based games I have. Unless the 3.9s fix some issue you are having, I'd stick with the 3.7s.
