convenient plot twist. its necessary for the story.

now we sympathize more with Lynch, and hate the subhuman iraquies even more, hence more "I am a Soldier, Too" movie ticket sales!!!

not that i have any way to prove it, and not that i believe the iraquies woudlnt do it, but i have a gut feeling there was no rape.

have to say i agree with that but what i hate more is this is not so different than the soldiers that surrendered in bosnia not too long ago with out even firing a shot.

I saw photos of a Marine Corporal goin to town with his M-249 Saw while a corman was patching up a leg that he just got shot in. Just gets me mad that I watch the news and all I see is court drama anymore.

I have one thing to say

everyone that diminishes her experience. I don't care if the American that was subjected to that was male or female. I do care that the many people that have sacrificed their lives do not rate a mention in the media that we see.

too every man and woman that has given their lives to ensure the freedom of another.

A big fat to those that diminish the sacrifice that those people have made in the fight to secure your freedom.

I have to disagree with you. America doesnt train its soldiers to surrender. (edit) Yes there are circumstances were fighting and dieing would be extremely futile. Also, I really cant speak for any situation specifically cause I wasnt there. I do think though that very little praise was givin to the only soldier there that actually faught back. I do know the army trains for that.

frogm... It is disturbing that you worry about male rape so much.. and in such detail.

Sure... bad things happen to everyone in war but I would be less upset when they happened to men rather than women or children. call me old fashioned. Combat is part of being a man... it shouldn't be part of being a woman.

I think lynch strengthens my case. Although I can't believe that any man would ever think otherwise. But then... I live in California and I am getting numbed to seeing the genders blurred...
