Take some time to read about what the VA is trying to do.  "Old" and "Underused" are key words if you bother to read the print.  There are a number of new clinics scheduled (as well as a couple being "specialized".  

Hillary "care" about Vets?  LOLOLOL  She cares about votes, nothing more.

I think this is more a concious of guilt and votes than anything resebleing compassion.  This same person that probably spit on GIs returning from veitnam is now trying to win votes by protecting there "intrests"
