I am suprised you all diddnt get this one right off the bat.

This is obviously a PR shot from the CBS radio show...

"Name that spy!"

Radio listeners would call in and ask questions of the panel. The first one who correctly figured out who the spy was would win a increase in their rations. The "looser" on the panel would be taken out and shot.

The givaway was the logo in the backround.
