Can we detune channel 1 by default ?

Seems to me that country channels and squad channels are rarely places where people fight.
Channel 1 is where idiots who just got shot down seem to find place to blow their frustrations.

So.. let's have game NOT tune channel 1 by default.
Set radios to channels 2, 4 or 3.. whatever..
just don't tune 1.
