New plane for FS2004

Suggestion: Visual impact sells.  How about a flying swan or the female "winged victory" figure in silhouette at the front of the white stripe?  Something to jazz it up a bit. Maybe a white stripe around the cowling.

Also, maybe a civilian registration code on the fuselage would be cool, just to make it less generic.

Add some details, like stenciling around the cowl hatch and a max passenger weight warnings around the canopy.

Other than that, looks ok for an MSFS plane.

One more thing. How about adding an antennae just behind the cockpit?

Yes, Virtual Cockpit is included, complete with moving rudder pedals and sticks (this plane has dual controls). The pilot and passenger doors open and close (after you see the latches turn 90 degrees to the open position!).

I went with a simpler "visual impact" mainly 'cause I'm new at this; and, I was following a real-life paint scheme of an existing cadet. Otherwise I might have added some of the flourishes mentioned in the previous post. I might add a Narco style antenna behind the cockpit. I've seen pictures of Cadets using those.

To answer my own question, yes it does have a virtual cockpit.

Very nice work for a first model. I like the functionality of switching engine on and off from vc. Would also like some switches for battery, and nav/collision lighting. Also the stick is a bit to close to my crotch, needs to be moved forward.

The leading edge slats make for a very stuntable plane, just watch airspeed. Easy to overspeed.

Again, nice work!:aok

Glad you like it! I'll add a master (battery) switch and a lights switch when I update the plane. Thanks for the feedback!

Ah! Ok, that makes sense then.

How about some modifications like this?

I think it has a bit more visual punch to it.

Yea, I agree. Good pic. I've saved it and will see what I can do. Definitely more of a visual punch!

Looks like an old-type EAA sticker and an AOPA sticker just forward of the canopy.
