Pongo,

Throw Ford, GM, honda, ETC in  their to. Their products kill FAR more people every year then guns.

There is no reason for any car to go faster then 70 MPH, it's just plain unsafe!!

Seems totally stupid to me but then again, after Napster got sued, why not sue gun manufacturers? It's exactly the same principle.

capt. apathy: it's like suing craftsman because the machanic used their wrenches to do a bad job on your car.

 Or like taking your money because some stupid bi#ch could not keep her legs together and now has to be paid welfare. Nevertheless it's considered OK by most.


 Anyway, the law banning the state courts from considering any cases they deem necessary is clearly unconstitutional.
 As much as I sympathise with gun manufacturers, it must be up to the states what cases to try.
 Congress can dictate what cases the federal courts may consider.
