Had them for about eight years now. Anyone else suffer from these bastards? About to likely head into the hospital again soon, only thing Ive found that helps is long, scalding hot showers directed right onto the offending kidney. Anyone else have any home remedies?

Been shot and blown up, nothing compares to kidney stones.

While not a home remedy, I've heard they can break them up with ultrasound. No surgery needed. See a good Internist.

Yeah been that route before, leaves you feel like someone's beat on you and black and blue which is still better than the stones themselves.

They say drink lots of Apple Cider (not AJ) and/or Cranberry Juice. No proof other than some folks say it helps.
