Wish we had more like hblair.

For the record, yes I am one of those hog dweebs. I fly the hogc for ground attack and the hogd for ATA (which I don't do much of). You will, however, see me defend myself in the hogc after I complete my jabo or if jumped before.
Anyway, during zigrats mission for A33 lastnight, my wingman Rangrbob and I, spot a 109 at our 9oc heading for our low 38's that were already attacking the field (we were way behind 'cause the hawg ain't as fast as them lightins'). So instead of dropping to the field for our run, we stayed high and outta the way of that 109. The 109 went low & right under us, so Rangrbob went in after him after he cleared the field ack. The 109 went defensive, rangrbob zooms and the 109 then goes offensive on him. I see the 109 climb after rangrbob. I am at about 5k by now and have the 109 at my 11oc and slightly lower. I see the 109 turn towards me, so I do a quick displacement roll to avoid any possible HO, which puts the 109 at my 10oc low. The 109 is avoiding any HO as well and continues on his track. I roll away, then turn into him and take a snap shot which apparently damages his tail control surfaces because I see him hit the deck tail first.
It was hblair. What does he say? Nothing. What does he do? Promptly ups from 33 and shoots me down. On channel 1 I salute him, he returns the salute and that was that.

I say bravo to ya hblair and a crisp <S>!

Thanx fer the good words bro.

I was watching the dar last night when I saw the flood of red coming south for A33. I knew it was a knight organized field capture and said so on my country channel. I checked the roster looking for zigrat, sure enough he was online and I knew we were in trouble then. There was only like 3 or 4 of us rooks there to defend A33. Needless to say it wasn't a pretty sight.

That was a well organized and well flown field capture. Hats off to you guys for the whooping ya gave us.

BTW, Don't be ashamed of flying the Hawg-c Apache, although it's not my plane of choice, it isn't the uber-whatever that others call it, especially after the last version modified the hispanos. It takes plenty of skill to fly a hawg right, in my opinion.

hehe, torque did that headswap back in march, I just made a gif out of it.

As for my brother, he still has an account with WB's I think. I had him in here a few months ago for his free two weeks, but I think the learning curve got to him.
