Just the first trial. There are others for other murders yet to be held. As far as I am concerned, AMF! I see no reason to wherehouse this creature on public funding. There is no hope for rehab so why incure the escape risk.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

That is just the jury recommendation.  The judge makes the final call...

Here's my lobby effort for bringing back a hemp rope as the method of execution.  I think I wouldn't lose much sleep pulling the trap door on this guy.

1.  No poison released to the environment
2.  No Greenhouse Gasses produced
3.  No load on the power grid
4.  Recyclable
5.  Reusable
6.  Body is useful for parting out

Just a final thought, if we are not willing to do this publically, should we do it at all?

Sounds good...   It'd be also convenient to have a few 'accidents' happen on him before that.

He was shooting at targets from a concealed place. Distance doesn't really determine the term "sniper" :)

The term sniper connotes some advanced marksmanship.

As I heard it, it originally came from flintlock days.  Those who were only the best marksmen could hit an extremely skittish english bird called a snipe, and those who had that ability had some stature in shooting sports.

The shooters here shot from within 50 yards.

He's about to find out if the real God is pleased about being impersonated.

Farewell Mohammed.  God speed.
