Lt. John Bolt, VMF-214 Corsair driver, later a Sabre Ace in Korea if I remember right.  One of 7 Aces in two wars  6 in WW2 and 6 over Korea

US aces only or do you mean from all forces? There were some LW aces with enough kills in spain and WW2. Plus I think there were some soviet aces with ww2 and korea ace status.

That would be US aces.  Since he was a US pilot I was referring to US Aces.  I'll clarify better next time should the chance arise

Heh, I couldnt believe that Rip just quit over VMF-323 and I almost joined that squadron before he quit, but Im just taking over.  If no one like that idea, then i'll take it off and find another new squadron like VMF-312 Checkerboarder or VMF-124.
