Trouble using .dot commands to move.
« on: November 30, 2003, 04:11:39 AM »
I try to move to a field using the .move command, but it says that I can't move to that field. Im on a big map, so I dont want to move the map around to move to that airfield, so how do I make the .move command work?!

If you are getting a message that you can't move to that field, it is because you are trying to go to an enemy field.  If you try it with a definite friendly field, it will work.  Another way, if you know someone is at or up from a particular field, is to find them on the roster and click GOTO.  :)

OK, must be syntax then..... command is .move ### - where ### is the number only of the field you want to go to.  If you include the initial letter (A, V, P or C) that could be why you get the error message.
