It's funny that the black civil leaders only seemed concerned when a black man is killed by a white man.  Where the f u c k were they when a black man is killed by another black man (which happens much much more frequently)?

Cocaine, Not Police Struggle, Caused Death

January 9, 2004

The Montgomery County coroner has released the cause of death for a man who died while in police custody.

WHIO reports the coroner's said Kirkland Smith died from acute cocaine intoxication. He said Smith's death had nothing to do with being restrained by authorities.

In December, Dayton police got into a struggle with Smith after he refused arrest at a home on Whitmore Avenue.
