Im not sure if any of you have seen this or not. Check it out, its a GNU (thats free even for commercial purposes) Flight sim based on OpenGL (Mesa actaully). The screen shots look awesome  
It can be compiled for UNIX, Win32 and Mac and comes in a binary dist as well.
