Tested from GV's in version 95 -
Hit sprites are the same size on the screen, regardless of the distance that the bullet/shell has traveled. This means that the relative size of the hit sprite grows proportionally with the distance. The net result is that the close-in sprites are much too small and the distance sprites are too big for MG rds.
