Well ... you would be surprised by the number of muslim who celebrate christmas here.
Don't forget that Jesus/Aïssa is a prophet too

I asked my colleague for him it's named : "Aïd al mouloud" and he don't see any reason to not please the kids ... but he is Algerian not a middle east scumbag ...

I'm not sure but I think there is jewish celebration too in December ,and I know some jewish who celebrate christmas too for the kids

Btw there is actually a discussion about adding 2 new public holiday : Yom Kippour and Aïd el kebir/Tabaski.

Jesus certainly is recognized as a prophet of god by islam - they call him Isa I think - however some of the fanastics seem all to happy to overlook that inconveniant fact.

Actually all the extrimists of all three great book relions find the whole same god thing rather inconveniant...

Hey, I actually liked this movie.

"Its subliminal messaging! I took Psychology for a semester at the community college so I'm in there! I know what I'm talking about!"

The worst was some made-for-tv thing with Jaclyn Smith. Now, I like Jackie Smith as much as the next guy, but this movie is just downright bad, so bad that I can't remember the name. The only thing I've seen worse than it was a Christmas musical special made in Vancouver in the '80s that somehow keeps turning up every year on the smaller non-network affiliated stations here.

I liked it too Go. Almost rented it yesterday but had to get Spinal Tap with 1 1/2 hours of bonus features.
