Definitely brisket, if you can get it smoked correctly.

Food of the Cods; in fact, it is why Zeus created cows!

Wings were actually an afterthought. It's true.

However, wings did create the need for the French. Had to have someone to do the Bleu Fromage.

Went with wings & brisket.  They threw in a couple of smoked pork chops too, cos it was late.  :D
