The only Dem who doesn't flip flop is HIllary.  I think she is the only one who could stand a chance against Bush.  She already has the leftie-commie vote sewn up, and the dingbat Oprah-audience vote.  Her consistent, non-hysterical stand on the wars in Afganistan and Iraq might be enough to carve out some socially liberal swing voters and beat Bush.  If she doesn't run, she may be a powerful vote-getter as VP candidate.  The rest of the Dems couldn't be lamer if they went to Lame Univeristy and got a PHD in Lameology.

Ra. your right on. A VP run is well with the realem of possibilities. I have heard this bantered around by a 20-year political adviser.

I’d go one further and suggest a VP run (if they win) then a step down by the President (who ever that may be) in the last year so Hillary is then running for RE-election in 08 for a full term President.

I remember a particular presidential candidate that spoke of nation building and how (if elected) he would not use our armed forces to engage in such activity.

Ripsnort chooses to forget such things when he makes post like these. I mean really, how many have died due to Dean's lack of making up his mind??

I was under the impression Jon Stewart was about as fair and balanced as Barbara Streisand.

Sure enough, parts of it... Have you watched him? Usually the first 5 mins of the commentary is political... Stewart deems his show a 'fake news program' but he talks about real issuses... Call it what you want, but if you haven't watched his show 'regularly', you have no clue..
