To each there own.

Some like an RPS some don't. But that's what makes AH and WB different. Difference is a good thing. All the Sims has a certain unique quality to them that sets them apart. Nothing says you have an allegiance to one sim.

TR needs to work on it's GUI just a little bit

Very good FM's.

DM's will be a test. If and when it becomes popular they will come under the gun by irate players who will curse them when they are killed, whether justified or not (as they do all combat flight sims)

How long has TW been in development? Needing to have an incredible ammount of features added after 3 years of development just to catch up lends itself to providing the "opportunity to add 'new' features at a faster rate". Overall, there's not been a game that's seen less development over the last 3 years.

That's odd, because I flew TW and hopped right into the plane and made it do exactly what I wanted with little to no additional practice. "far in advance of anything else". What's that you were saying about a pissing contest?

It's good to have a captive audience of developers discussing the game. Wait till you have paying customers before starting to stroke yourself.

As in percentage wise. There is no doubt at the moment AH has better numbers than WB.

Main Arena vs WWII Arena

WWII Arena has the majority of players right now.

Over here, the Combat Arena doesn't have the majority I assume.

What do percentages have to do with it? The CT theater is just as popular as WBIII. The numbers show that. WBIII cannot compete with the MA at all.

The reason I posted a list of IJ planes is because often that plane set is ignored. There are 3 or 4 dedicated IJ fans in AH that might or might not be interested. I could have started a new thread, but I didn't want my post to get deleted or locked for being off topic even in the OT forum.

Summary: The AH OT forum is not the place to discuss games other than AH.

Many of us(myself included) used to fly WB, and I for one did not know that the HE-111 has been added to WB!

I think I'm going to try a two week account and see how WBIII is shaping up.

Question...if I open an account with iEN again, does my $12.99(or whatever the price is) give me access to DoA III when that releases?
