Aye - not to mention that the hypocrite accursation is based on something you think he would 'probably say.'

Not very solid, if you ask me.

Yeah, Rush would always defend a criminal's right to keep records sealed, yeah, that's the ticket.

Ah! It's a consipracy! Nice come back Rush!

So is Judge Jeffrey Winikoff an ACLU card caring Democrat?

Winik-off  - That can't be a real name!

I do agree the burdon of proof is on the prosecutor's office.

Ok you've provided Rush's side of the story....

What did the judge cite as reasonable cause to grant the prosecutor's requests?

OK I see what’s going on now, just like I thought. It’s not that Rush is concerned that his records would be released to the general public, no he’s concerned they would be released to prosecutors collecting enough evidence to bring Rush up on charges of doctor shopping and money laundering.  Investigators are still shifting though bank records to see if his $9,995. withdraws for “home improvements” correspond with other nefarious means of collecting controlled substances. If Rush could provide receipts or invoice of work done on his mansion on these dates, that would help his case.

Rush’s theory that this is some kind of DemoRat plot is interesting. One would think most of the police departments in Florida would not be smelly long haired left wing peace lovin’ commie pinkos.

Drug ring, drug trafficking, money laundering. Now they need my medical records, my private medical records to find out if I've committed a crime called doctor shopping? You mean with all these previous leaks, they now have to invade my privacy to learn whether I have broken the law? Why

Why?.. to collect evidence Rush. If we took your argument nobody could be investigated ever for anything!...

heheh.. Merry Christmas DWEEBS
God Bless America.. God Bless George Dubya Bush!

sidebar-- I was talking to my country friends down in Oceanview.. they don’t have internet.  They hardly heard of Wes Clark :(... I got the real sinking feeling Dean is going to be the Democratic Candidate no matter what.. If that’s the case I’m movin’ over to the dark side.. move over boys!

Is kinda funny ain't it? These guys blasting Rush for wanting his medical records kept private while howling about the government watching what books they read. Can you say "double standard"?

It ain't over 'till it's over. If Clark can survive through those first few relative small states, he can still win it. He just has to look like a player until they get to states with a bunch of electoral votes.

Heck, right now I'm kinda pulling for Lieberman. I may even send him a buck or two, although that's probably a total waste. Just my way of commenting to the Dem Party, I guess. ;)

The whole point is that Rush has a double standard. I really don't care if they prosecute him or not. I think it's funny how he has such a hard line against addicts and had the tables turned. He would be the first to say "lock them up and throw away the key".

Rush in prison.

I'd say he starts grabbing his chest and calling for Elizabeth ten feet infront of the prison gate. ;)
