This is in reference to the zipped up films I sent
support@hitechcreations.com. I am unable to view some of the films I captured. The file sizes of the films indicate that something is stored. The film viewer will bring up the films as well as the total duration of each film but whenever I try to view them the only view I get is in the tower with no other objects showing up. Any ideas about this? I had this happen a couple of weeks back but thought it was just a quirk. This time I had 5 films from last night that this happened to.
