The 332 Viking Squadron have been around for over 3 years now... I think :rolleyes:
We have redone our structure a bit for this year to re leave me from to much duties;).
We have 3 nights when we meet and the 3 highest officers have now divided it like:

* Easykill(XO) have Saturdays CAP
* Squadvid have Sunday’s squad-OP or SN
* Selector have our Tuesday SN

The above guys then have the responsibility for getting out orders info for that event/SN. If they cant make it them self, they have to make sure to get another to do it;).

Why I post this,
1. I to SALUTE the squad and these great guys for stepping forward to ensure the squads future and take off the CO load;).

2. This is also a idea for others squads that the CO/XO do the most of the work and organising and admin the squad etc. You who have built up a squad or is a CO know what I mean;).

So the only thing I do now is drinking beer and have nice times with my secretary, so CO`s do you get my point here;)

SALUTE gents in the 332 Viking Squadron , and thank you :aok

NB: We are now 27 active pilots in the squad. This ,means the 27 pilots is attending with the quad 1 or more times in a month;). Thats a hell off a good number;)
