Looks like a Japanese type 95
Maybe a 98 Ke-Ni with that extra wheel in the middle

That or a GATO class...

    Though I beleave it is a Shi-Ki.

The Shi-Ki was a commander's tank and had the main gun (a low velocity 57mm) removed from the turret, with a 37mm in the hull. Note the photo below. A type 97 Chi-Ha is nearest the camera, with Shi-Ki in the center of the frame.
